Mongolia-Korea Economic Cooperation and Investment Conference 2010 Announcement

1st Mongolia-Korea Economic Cooperation and Investment Conference 2010 presented by the PhD candidates of Mongolia and Honored Embassy of Mongolia in Republic of Korea on December 10, 2010, at Seoul Museum of History.

Interest in new investment opportunities in Mongolia continues to increase among global investors as Mongolia’s profile as a resources market has grown and 4th fastest growing economy in 2011.

The purpose of the conference is to establish the case for economic cooperation and investment opportunities between Korea and Mongolia. Speakers will include Honored Ambassador of Mongolia in Republic of Korea, Korean government representatives, PhD candidates and researchers in Korea, high technology experts in Korean firms and industry specialists.

The conference will focus on the following topics:

• Mongolian economy and investment climate
• Legal regulation issues related to investing in mining sector in Mongolia
• Investment in Mongolia based on Korean industrial high technology
• Future of Mongolian capital markets and investment opportunities
• Mongolian mineral resources and geology
